Brian has a wide range of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential property valuations, and over the past 19 years, has specialised in commercial and industrial valuations.
Brian has been practising as a Public Valuer in Hamilton since 1973, and has practised in most of the small boroughs throughout the Waikato Region (he can additionally offer a service for those outer areas, if required). He is also qualified and experienced to act as an arbitrator/umpire under the Arbitration Act 1996, and to offer consultations on all urban property matters within his sphere of experience.

Kevin is experienced in all forms of rural farmlet and residential property valuations in Hamilton and the Waikato region. Previously employed with Valuation New Zealand, he has been practising as a Public Valuer in Hamilton since 1985.
Christine Gibson, Office Administrator
Christine is a longstanding and highly competent staff member. She is well versed on our operating databases and invoice system, and is able to answer most general enquiries.
