We have been operating as Registered Valuers in Hamilton City and the Waikato Region since 1987, covering residential, commercial, industrial, and farmlet properties.

Our quality reports are acceptable to Banks, institutions, and bodies who require valuation and property consulting services. They cover, for example, mortgage, market, replacement insurance and compensation valuations, rental assessments, financial records valuations, and general property consultations.

Residential and farmlet property valuations are typically completed within a two-day period (Hamilton City and close proximity). However, If necessary, and feasible, valuation maybe undertaken in a shorter time frame. Commercial and industrial valuations, which require more detail and analysis of market evidence, take at least two to three days to complete, depending upon their complexity.

Our fees are competitive and we are happy to provide estimates on enquiry before undertaking any assignment (normally, payment is by invoice, to be settled within 7 days, or for approved account holders, the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice).

We carry current Professional Indemnity Insurance, which aside from being good professional practice, is a requirement of the Banks relying upon our mortgage reports. As at January 2011, we have never had cause to claim against it. Further, no complaints against our Company have ever been lodged with the Valuers Registration Board.

Valuations are completed using the information contained in our extensive database of current sales and rental evidence. We are online to LINZ, Quotable Values, and Territorial Authorities Rates Departments. Also, we fulfill the yearly, continuing Professional Development Requirements of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
